If your account is dormant without any legitimate uploads, or the uploaded material contains copyrighted work, ReflectNow reserves the right to remove them, and/or unregister your band/artist name under discretion. Just to be safe, do not upload any copyrighted material that is not yours.

ReflectNow believes in the responsible use of personal information. We understand that without the trust and respect of the musicians and fans that make up our community we'd have nothing. So we'll do everything we can to honor the privacy of anyone who signs up as a member.
For starters, ReflectNow asks for personal information only when it's necessary to communicate with others here. We require certain pieces of information (indicated with astericks on the registration form) so we can provide you a personalized experience. At any point you can view and edit this personal information under the "My Profile" section of ReflectNow. And while we may use this information for research and to improve the app and services we offer you, unless you specifically give us permission to do so we promise not to pass on any of these personal details to third parties.
ReflectNow uses session cookies for technical purposes such as to enable better navigation through the site, or to allow you to customize your preferences for interacting with the site. A few ReflectNow Web sites may also make use of persistent cookies to remember you between visits so, for example, you can save your customized preference settings for future visits. Currently, ReflectNow issues several types of email communication: the registration email, email to all users, and emails between users through messaging. We send the registration email when you first register and when you change your email to confirm the email you entered; we send the other types of email when there are promotions, new features, or other things at ReflectNow that we think would be interesting to the users that have chosen to receive those emails.
This site may serve and/or target ads, promotions and other marketing messages. Users have the ability to opt out of any kind of advertising by upgrading their ReflectNow membership.
